urbankapda.in is committed to delivering your order accurately in good condition and always on time. We believe in express shipping and most of your order is shipped within 24 hours once the order is placed except on weekends or on public holidays. We deliver to all locations across the INDIA. At urbankapda.in, we strive to deliver products purchased in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

    SHIPPING

    • All domestic orders are shipped by our delivery partner within the next 24 hours, Monday to Friday. It takes a maximum of 7 days for national shipping.
    • We offer free shipping in all over India.

  SHIPPING IN INDIA

Shipping in India is free of charge. This is to maintain the service level and provide your product on time. We use FedEx, Delivery, Blue Dart, Shadowfax, ExpressBees, and Speed Post services to deliver in India.

Swapping purchased items for other items (size, color, or style) of equal or greater value, possibly with an additional payment if greater value, or refund of difference if lower.

Return

Sending back item(s) for a refund. Note: we do not accept returns except where required by law (defective items, wrong item shipped, etc.).

Exceptions & Non-Eligibilities

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted when:
 
The unboxing video is not provided.
The item has been worn, washed, or shows signs of wear.
Tags or original packaging have been removed, damaged, or lost.
The request is made after the 7-day period.
 
Refunds & No Returns
 
Refunds are available only if product is goods or incorrect items shipped.
 
If your order is eligible for a refund, we will process it once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be done after receving product.
Processing time for approved refunds is up to 10 business days from the date we receive the item back.
 
Exchanges
