urbankapda.in is committed to delivering your order accurately in good condition and always on time. We believe in express shipping and most of your order is shipped within 24 hours once the order is placed except on weekends or on public holidays. We deliver to all locations across the INDIA. At urbankapda.in, we strive to deliver products purchased in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
SHIPPING
- All domestic orders are shipped by our delivery partner within the next 24 hours, Monday to Friday. It takes a maximum of 7 days for national shipping.
- We offer free shipping in all over India.
SHIPPING IN INDIA
Shipping in India is free of charge. This is to maintain the service level and provide your product on time. We use FedEx, Delivery, Blue Dart, Shadowfax, ExpressBees, and Speed Post services to deliver in India.

Refund policy

Return process
Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Account. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
A reverse shipment fee of Rs 200 will be deducted at the time of refund per order.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us within [3] days of purchase. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and any price differences will be handled accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within [3] days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item.
Return & exchange Instructions
If return pickup service is available in your area, we will arrange the pickup and ₹200 will be deducted towards return courier charges.
If return pickup service is not available at your pincode, you will need to send the courier back to us yourself.
In this case, no deduction will be made, and we will refund the full amount to your bank account.
